1 – Following the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 4th May 2016, between the University of Guilan and the Astrakhan State University of Russia, collaboration has initiated through exchanging students and lecturers. This exchange takes place for students in their second and third years of Persian and Iranian Studies.

2 – Each year, one M.A. student studying Social Sciences and one M.A. student studying Computer Engineering can study at the Fulda University of Applied Sciences in Germany for one semester. Fulda University may fund two students (one in Social Sciences, and one in Computer Engineering) for their M.A. studies afterwards.

3 – University of Guilan also has signed an exchange program agreement with Istanbul University in Turkey. So far, two groups of students studying Persian language and literature, and one group studying music at the University of Guilan have used this opportunity to study at Istanbul University for one semester.
