Please submit your application via admission.guilan.ac.ir, the international students' application portal. Then, register at saorg.ir:8081, the Student Affairs Organization portal. It is worthwhile to mention that dear applicants who have submitted their application earlier than this announcement, and have not received any response yet, will be automatically considered as an applicant for this semester.

The scholarships for Ph.D. level will be awarded through evaluation of scientific and professional background of the applicants.
