The second international conference "Optimization of production and service systems" was held on November 25-26, 2022 at the faculty of Engineering and Technology of Eastern Guilan. This conference was held with the presence of prominent domestic and international professors and with the scientific support of the 4 National Associations of Industrial Engineering of Iran, the Association of Quality Management of Iran, the Association of Intelligent Systems of Iran and the Iranian population promoting the relationship between industry and academia and under the support of the Islamic World Science Reference Database. The purpose of this conference was to promote applied research in all sectors and industrial service systems and various types of business in an interdisciplinary manner.

The main subjects of this conference include different areas of using optimization tools in general and specific; And its special subject have included optimization in industry and services, according to these subjects, more than 120 articles were received from prestigious universities, and after going through the judging process, 61 articles were accepted as lectures and 33 articles were accepted as posters. They were presented in 4 parallel and virtual halls.
