The Science and Technology Reference and Monitoring Institute (ISC) has published the ranking of universities in the D8-2021 group countries. In this ranking, UG ranked 51-100 out of 463 universities from Islamic countries and 74 Iranian universities. It is worthwhile to mention, The D8 group includes eight developing Muslim countries (Indonesia, Iran, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Turkey, Malaysia, Egypt and Nigeria). Also, in this ranking, universities are measured and evaluated based on the criteria of research, innovation, education and international activities and the information of this ranking are collected from Incites, WOS, USPTO and university websites and other related sites. Furthermore, Universities that published more than 150 degrees between 2017-2019 are included in this ranking.
