بیوگرافی

Dr. Jaleh Hassaskhah is an Associate Professor of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) at the University of Guilan, Iran. Her research explores the psychological and sociocultural dimensions of language education, including teacher and learner well-being, identity, emotions, and critical literacy , alongside the integration of technology into curriculum design. She has published in international journals, supervised graduate theses, and contributed to book chapters and edited volumes in applied linguistics and education.

She has served as an editorial board member for several academic journals and as reviewer for national and international publications. These experiences have shaped her understanding of scholarly communication and the peer-review process. In addition, she has held administrative roles including Vice-Dean for Research, Director of the Allameh Tabatabai Language Institute, and Director-General of the Guilan National Library and Archive, roles that have deepened her appreciation for institutional collaboration, strategic planning, and the importance of creating structures that support both researchers and practitioners. Throughout her work, she has been guided by a commitment to educational equity, thoughtful pedagogy, and the development of supportive learning environments.​​​​​​​
